"North Yorkshire is a wonderful place where communities look after each other. These floods have devastated many people’s lives and we hope local people and businesses will give however much they can afford. There is a great need to help each other right now and I hope they will do their bit to support those in desperate need."

Community Foundation President & Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire, Barry Dodd, CBE
